With our monitoring, you can track the performance of your solar panels day and night. The Solar Assistance platform keeps a continuous eye on your installation and automatically detects anomalies or malfunctions. We monitor your actual yield, your expected yield, and your consumption.
As soon as something is wrong, it is flagged immediately. This allows us to intervene quickly and prevents small issues from turning into a loss of yield. You don’t have to check your installation daily yourself; we do it for you.
Not included in the base price of the Solar EYE sun plan are any costs for connecting your installation to our monitoring platform.
Notifications are sent via the monitoring platform or by email. Subject to the installation or configuration of a compatible monitoring device or inverter.
The Solar EYE plan does not include automatic intervention. Upon receipt of an alarm notification, you as the customer MUST contact Solar Assistance yourself to report the problem.
If no alarm is generated within 48 hours of a failure, you are entitled to compensation equal to the actual loss of yield during the undetected period.
Does a component such as your inverter break down while still under manufacturer’s warranty? We will then take care of the full follow-up and replacement, without any extra worries for you. We coordinate everything with the manufacturer and ensure that defective parts are replaced correctly and quickly. For the intervention, we charge a fixed cost of € 90.75 excl. VAT.
If the problem falls outside the warranty, you can count on a transparent approach with discounts on repairs and interventions. This keeps costs under control and avoids unnecessary loss of yield.
