If you already have a Solar COMFY subscriber with us, you don’t have to worry. We already know your installation and are immediately available to help as soon as you notify us of the damage. Because Solar Assistance is recognised as its own expert, our technicians can visit you as soon as possible to limit the damage, make the installation partially operational and draw up a report for further repair work. Moreover, if the installation is not repaired within 15 working days, you will be eligible for a production loss compensation.
If you are not yet a subscriber with us, you can also just use our services. We will send our experienced technicians to inspect the damage. Then, for a fee, we will determine the extent of the damage and minimise further consequences. Based on this, we will prepare a quote for the repair work. After approval of the quote, we will repair the installation as soon as possible.
