E-MAX Kerkrade

E-MAX in Kerkrade invested in a large-scale solar installation on their site. With 2,952 panels and an expected annual production of 1,210,320 kWh, the system was designed to cover a significant part of their energy consumption.

At this scale, it’s not just about capacity, but about reliability—because any deviation has an immediate impact.

Problem

For installations of this size, the main challenge lies in system integration. Panels, inverters and consumption need to be perfectly aligned.

If that balance is not correct, the installation will underperform. At this level, that immediately translates into noticeable production losses.

Solution

Solar Assistance managed the full EPC process, from design to execution. The installation was built with a clear structure, ensuring that panel placement and inverter configuration were aligned with the operational needs of the site.

As a result, the system functions as one coherent whole and delivers the expected output without unexpected deviations.

Today, E-MAX covers a large part of its energy consumption internally, with a stable and reliable installation.
