Jacobs Reels Bocholt

For many companies, energy costs are no longer predictable. This makes it difficult to plan long-term and maintain control.

At Jacobs Reels in Bocholt, this became increasingly evident. Energy became a factor they had less control over, while it continued to impact daily operations and overall costs.

Problem

Jacobs Reels wanted to structurally address their energy consumption while also reducing their ecological footprint.

The question was not whether to invest, but how. The solution needed to be sustainable, but also aligned with their actual consumption and operations. An installation that looks good on paper but delivers little in practice has limited value.

Solution

Solar Assistance delivered a tailored solar installation consisting of 588 panels, with a total capacity of 241,080 Wp. The project was carried out within an EPC framework, ensuring a consistent approach from design through to follow-up.

This guarantees clarity and ensures everything functions as intended, without loose ends. Today, Jacobs Reels generates a large share of its energy internally, resulting in more stable costs and reduced dependence on external fluctuations.
